As stated by Honduran Laws, the transfer of personal property at death requires a Probate Process that supervises the Authenticity of a Will left by the deceased, or that appoints the Heirs according to the Law, if there is no Will or Testament.

We offer the assistance for the preparation of a Will, appointing the Executor and/or the Beneficiaries that will be acknowledged as such in the Probate.

We also provide the representation for the Probate Process, resulting in the transfer of Ownership of the assets that are part of the Inheritance.
