A RESIDENCY PERMIT Permit in honduras is obtained through an application made at the Secretary of Justice.

The TYPES of Residency Permit that can be obtained in Honduras are:
1.- As a RENTIST: The applicant must have an Income of at least US$2,500.00/month from a source outside of Honduran soil (rents, deposits, bonds, etc.).- That amount must be entered into the Resident’s Bank Account in Honduras on a monthly basis.
2.- As a RETIRED: The applicant must have a Lifetime Benefit of at least US$1,500.00/month coming from a private or government institution.- That amount must be entered into the Resident’s Bank Account in Honduras on a monthly basis.
3.- As an INVESTOR: The applicant must prove that his business or project is or will be represented by an investment of at least US$50,000.00.
4.- As a RELATIVE: The applicant must be a relative of a Honduran citizen.-
